2005 Educator of the Year: Diane Shallue

Diane currently serves as the Director of Christian Education and Small Group Ministries at University Lutheran Church of Hope in Minneapolis, MN.  She has served as an Associate in Ministry for 17 years in four ELCA congregations.  Diane has a doctorate in educational leadership and has been an adjunct instructor at Luther Seminary in St. Paul for 10 years.  She has served on the Lutheran Association of Chrisian Educators Board in the position of Region 3 Representative and was the 2005 Christian Educator of the Year.  Diane and her husband, Bob, have three grown children and two grandchildren.
