We joyfully announce Bethany Stolle as the recipient of the 2011 Christian Educator of the Year award.

 

Bethany is the Senior Developer for youth resources for sparkhouse, the ecumenical division of Augsburg Fortress. She has led development on projects including Here We Stand Confirmation, Akaloo, ReNew VBS, re:form, and other curriculum. Her passion is networking and collaborating with others to create resources that help young people grow as theologians and claim their faith. Bethany lives in Minneapolis with her husband, Brent, and is an active volunteer in her congregation, mentoring a small group of middle school girls and working on efforts to reach out into the community.
